Itineraries

DAY 1: ARRIVAL: (Dinner)

Meet in the arrival’s hall at Athens airport and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure (No Coach Service). Athens is an amazing city to discover on your own with its numerous museums, parks, and the shopping areas of Kolonaki, Hermou, Voukourestiou Street, Monastiraki and Plaka. In the evening, transfer to Plaka, the old part of Athens for dinner at a local restaurant (starters, salad, main course, dessert). After dinner transfer back and overnight in Athens Hotel.

DAY 2: HOTEL CONFERENCE – ATHENS BY NIGHT TOUR: (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, Full day conference in the hotel including:

Meeting room setup arranged according to the client’s preferences (theatrical, schoolroom, etc)
Extended in room coffee break service throughout the meeting, with hot beverages, juices, tea, cakes, croissants
Business Buffet Lunch offering an assortment of appetizers, salads, main dishes, desserts and refreshments
Basic audio-visual installation (speakers, microphone, projection screen, data projector)
Notepads and pens

In the evening, pick up by private coach and English Speaking Assistant for your Athens by Night tour. Your evening will start with a drive around the city of Athens. Drop off at Plaka, the old Athens to wonder around the alleys before dinner in a typical Greek tavern with folk music and dancers (Greek Starters, Salad, Selection of main course, Dessert). After dinner transfer back and overnight in Athens hotel.

DAY 3: ONE DAY CRUISE (HYDRA-POROS-AEGINA): (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, pickup from the hotel and transfer to the port for the Full Day Cruise to the 3 Saronic islands of Hydra, Poros, Aegina. Lunch served on board. At each island, get off the boat to discover each islands own individual character. Hydra: an artists delight, again with boutiques, shops and cafes dotted around the harbour. Poros: a pretty island with chance for shopping. Aegina: The largest of the Saronic Islands, famous for BBQ sea food and pistachio nuts. Arrive back at the port in the evening and transfer to a local restaurant for sea food dinner (starters, salad, main course, dessert). After dinner transfer back and overnight in Athens Hotel.

DAY 4: ONE DAY DELPHI TOUR: (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, pickup from the hotel for your Full Day Delphi Tour. With an official English Speaking Guide depart Athens and drive through the fertile plain of Beotia, crossing the towns of Thebes connected with the tragedy of King Oedipus (Killed his father married his mother and had four children). Levadia and Arachova (short stop on the way back). Arrive at Delphi, the centre of Ancient World – the “Omphalos” (Navel of Earth) – whose prestige extended far beyond the boundaries of the Hellenic World. On the slopes of Mount Parnassus, in a landscape of unparalleled beauty and majesty, lie the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. Visit the Treasury of the Athenians, the Temple of Apollo and the Museum containing such masterpieces of ancient Greek sculpture, such as the Bronze Charioteer, the famous athlete Aghias and other incredible art samples of different Eras of Delphi. Lunch in the modern town of Delphi at a local restaurant (starters, salad, main course, dessert). Return to Athens and transfer to a local restaurant for dinner (starters, salad, main course, dessert). After dinner transfer back and overnight in Athens Hotel.

DAY 5: ATHENS SIGHTSEEING – GALA DINNER: (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, pickup from the hotel for your Half Day City Tour. With an official English Speaking Guide, see Syntagma Square, the House of Parliament and the Tomb to the Unknown Soldier, guarded by the Evzones in their traditional costume. See the Athens Academy, the University and the National Library. Stop at the Pan Athenaic Olympic stadium, (where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896). See the archaeological site of the Temple of the Olympian Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch. On the Acropolis visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the Parthenon. Completing the tour, transfer for lunch to a local restaurant (starters, salad, main course, dessert). Free time at own leisure for shopping in Plaka area and Syntagma Square (Coach & English Speaking Assistant Service Included). In the evening, transfer to the venue for Gala Dinner with Open Bar. After dinner transfer back and overnight in Athens Hotel.

DAY 6: DEPARTURE: (Breakfast)

Breakfast in the hotel. Free at own leisure (No Coach Service). Transfer to the Athens airport for your Fight back home.

It shall not be responsible and liable for any accident, loss, injury, and damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delay or cancellation or change in the itinerary. Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not hold liable in any form on any health problem/s that may occur during the trip brought about by pre-existing illness/es, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us. We reserve the right to terminate servicing any participant who in its opinion is prejudicing the harmony of the tour group, a burden to the group or for any reason by his/ her conduct that hinders the successful operation of the tour. Payment of reservation fee/ total tour cost shall constitute to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment and cancellation policies and conditions of responsibilities stated herein.
